Why am I running? To Solve the 3 Level Problem at Mavoko.
I chose to run as MP because, next to the Presidency, Parliament is the most powerful institution that enacts laws and has oversight over their implementation. These laws can and should change the course of the nation. I want to be at the heart of the national transformation we need in Kenya.
To power my drive to Bunge, I have diagnosed the problems of our land and found that Mavoko and the nation at large has a three-level problem:

The three-layer problems are complex and inter-related. I, Engineer Wa-Kyendo have diagnosed the disease and devised the solution! I will share these with you here. At the end, I intent to convince you that I am the best there is…I am the Real Deal!
Engineer Wa-Kyendo's 5 Year Strategy For Mavoko
Engineer Wa-Kyendo's for Mavoko in the next five years 2027 to 2032 is to turn the constituency to a modern, clean, safe, healthy, inclusive and sustainably prosperous Mavoko for all residents. A livable place.
To get there Engineer Wa-Kyendo will use an integrated approach to provide solutions to the three evils that have besieged Mavoko, and at the center is job creation through intensive labour projects and community involvement.

What Motivates Engineer Wa-Kyendo
Mumina Wa-Kyendo was born in 1964, at Lita village in Machakos. Mumina joined Mutondoni Primary school at six and started a journey of academic and professional achievement, being amongst the best students in Kabaa and Kagumo High Schools respectively, obtaining a first-class degree in Civil engineering degree at University of Nairobi in 1988, and going on to win a DAAD scholarship to do Master’s degree in Transport Engineering. He has an MBA from the United States International University in Nairobi and is also a certified Arbitrator and expert in Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms. He has immense experience in development of transport infrastructure systems.

I had a dream, and I woke up, in Parliament!
I asked for a dream and had one. In the dream I saw that, one day, soon, our country will be prosperous, just and peaceful.
I had a dream, A dream that we have a leadership that has the wellbeing of the people at the centre. A Leader who will Reclaim this country from the charlatans that have taken us hostage.
I had a dream, A dream of a government that will Reset Kenya to the times when things worked for the citizens. Was there such a time? Yes, there was!
