LRC Forums
Leadership & Responsible Citizens Forums
Be part of a movement...join our creative thinking forums to transform our collective thinking patterns, so that we can develop Africa.
Why We Are Setting Up These Forums
Africa sits at the bottom of the pile in economic and social development. While the developed world partly strangles Africa's progress, our own collective thinking patterns and culture remain obstructive to our growth. Corruption and poor leadership pull us back, and the biggest losers are ordinary citizens — yet citizens themselves abet corruption by refusing to practice responsible behaviours.
That is why we are setting up forums country-wide to discuss, one by one, the behaviours that hold us back and which we should eliminate, and the good behaviours we should promote — upgrading our culture, one forum at a time.
A National, Three-Tiered Structure
To scale country-wide while staying locally relevant, LRC Forums run on a decentralized structure that balances central coordination with grassroots ownership.
National Secretariat
Handles strategic vision, content creation, and legal compliance.
Develops the behavioral curriculum and discussion guides, manages the budget, runs nationwide campaigns, and maintains the central website and app.
County Chapters
Manages logistics and monitoring across specific geographical zones.
Trains local forum leaders, distributes materials, tracks attendance and impact data, and organizes regional conventions.
Local Forums
Executes the weekly or bi-weekly community discussions.
Hosts meetings, mobilizes ordinary citizens, and drives local community service projects.
